Agreements on collaboration or on join invention were signed with six companies:
Collaboration with Robert Bosch GmbH concerns join invention of device and method for indirect measurement of topological invariants (Joint Invention Agreement signed on March 16, 2022).
Collaboration with VIGO PHOTONICS S.A. concerns mainly studies of optoelectronic properties of topological materials grown by MBE at MagTop. In particular, possibility of application of these materials in infrared detection will be investigated (perpetual collaboration agreement signed on November 15, 2019).
Collaboration with PUREMAT concerns studies of innovative structures grown by MBE technology, containing Mn or Mg ions, and exhibiting topological properties. The studies are expected to indicate new directions of investigation of topological materials, as well as, to indicate new fields of applications of ultrapure Mn and Mg (perpetual collaboration agreement signed on November 15, 2019).
The collaboration with PREVAC concerns joint research to improve UHV and MBE sputtering technological systems and systems for characterizing and studying the physical properties of materials and their nanostructures exhibiting topological matter properties, as well as apparatus used in spintronics research (Agreement on the joint ownership of the patent concernig new design of magnetron source was signed on October 19, 2021).
Collaboration with KRIOSYSTEM concerns the development of new product lines enabling measurements as a function of temperature, field, axial pressure, position, temperature gradient and other parameters defining the condition of the material, as well as, implementation of the latest material research results into the production of more energy-efficient cryostats, transmission lines and cryogenic modules (perpetual collaboration agreement signed on September 29, 2020).
Collaboration with MeasLine concerns improvement of the ultra-high vacuum apparatus and apparatus for various methods of characterization and testing the physical properties of materials and their nanostructures showing the properties of topological matter and properties useful in the field of spintronics (perpetual collaboration agreement signed on October 2, 2020).
Additionally, a collaboration agreement was signed with the Central Office of Measures on 28th September 2021. Within this agreement a joint project on resistance standards of semimagnetic semiconductors was submitted to the call Polish Metrology II and earned in January 2024.
